Rubber Straps

My 1970 is the best-looking tropical strap on the market - the perfect match for your vintage diver watch.  Crafted with a checkered pattern, I made this strap with a mix of rubber and silicon for a soft feel and better durability than older rubber models. The breathing holes keep the 1970 strap fresh and dry after a dive.

The rubber strap for the Dan Henry Skin Diver was designed in the 1970s style with high-performance FKM fluorocarbon rubber for greater comfort, strength, and durability. Created for the aerospace and maritime industry, FKM is the material of choice for premier Swiss watch brands because of its high density while being soft to the touch. To craft this strap, we started with FKM, which is 3.6mm thick at the lugs, and shaved the material down to 2mm thick at the ends.
