We ship worldwide. From where do we ship?

- Orders from the US and Canada are shipped from our warehouse in the US.
(if its is out-of-stock in the US, the order will be shipped from Asia)
- Orders from EU are shipped from our warehouse in Europe.
- Orders from elsewhere are shipped from Asia.

Shipping Exceptions

Free Shipping does not apply to Israel, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, and Switzerland. For these countries, only the Express Shipping is available.

Shipping details

We are committed to meet the indicated delivery dates, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If nobody is available to accept the package come delivery date, it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time, in most cases. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Customs & Taxes

Customers from the US and EU countries can order their watches without additional import taxes or duties.

As for customers outside of the US and EU countries will have to pay their local authority any due taxes or duties. In many cases, our products are valued below tariff thresholds so no charges will be payable. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused.
