Where do we not ship?

We ship worldwide. EXCEPT to these countries:

From where do we ship?

- Orders from the US and Canada will be shipped from the US.
(if the item is out-of-stock in the US, it will be shipped from Asia)
- Orders from the EU will be shipped from the EU.

- Orders from Europe (non-EU Members) such as Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Iceland, and Greenland will be shipped from Asia.

- Orders from elsewhere will be shipped from Asia.

Shipping Exceptions

Free Shipping does not apply to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Iceland, Greenland, and United Arab Emirates. For these countries, only the Express Shipping is available.


Shipping Details

If we receive a cancelation request after the order has already been processed or shipped - and before it has been delivered - we will discount the shipping service costs from your refund.

We are committed to meet the indicated delivery dates, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If nobody is available to accept the package come delivery date, it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time, in most cases. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery, upon payment of original shipping and return costs.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.



Customs and Taxes

Customers from the United States and European Union can order their watches without additional import taxes or duties.

Customers outside of the United States and European Union will have to pay taxes or duties. In some cases, our products are valued below tariff thresholds so no charges will be payable. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused.
